I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The basic amenities were all there, and the rooms were spotless with excellent beds for a relaxed night's sleep. The large, clean bathrooms were an added bonus.

This hotel pleasantly surprised me during my Easter getaway. The food offered was exquisite and I especially liked the variety of teas available. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom. the hotel's location was conveniently placed in a pretty town in North Germany, which made for some lovely sightseeing.

There were a few negatives during my stay. the lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry my bags up to the room.

Lovely place, fabulous wooden structure, impressive dinner, nice staff, excellent breakfast, great for families.

No complaints, everything was ok.

This family-run hotel with a wooden structure is a lovely find and definitely a good place to stay. the warm and comfortable rooms come with lovely oak furniture and fantastic bathrooms. the included breakfast is excellent with good buffet and warm bread. the staff is nice and always available to assist, offering 18 different teas and good service. the hotel features good parking facilities, kids-friendly environment and the possibility of enjoying breakfast in the garden.

The hotel lacks tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms.

The lack of air conditioning or even a pedestal fan made the room uncomfortably hot. the staff could have been more welcoming and friendlier.

I recently stayed at a hotel in this city and I must say that I had a fantastic experience overall. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. They spoke in English to accommodate my language barrier and made my stay much easier. Additionally, the cleanliness of this hotel was top-notch, and I appreciated having a parking lot to use. The breakfast offered was fresh and had a good variety of foods. I was quite impressed with the hotel facilities and the staff's professionalism and kindness.
